AI for Business Owners

RIA – School of Technology & AI · Under AI Essentials

A four-week programme for owners who want AI in the work, not only in a demo

RIA’s AI for Business Owners helps founders, SME owners, consultants and business leaders move from trying tools to running a few workflows that save time and show a result. You work on your own business, or on a realistic sample if you prefer not to use live records.

The room is hybrid. Guided workshops run for about 12 hours across four weeks, with practical assignments between sessions. Weekend batches are the usual pattern. Online participation is available, and in-person sessions are at RIA Purasawalkam and Saligramam when a batch is scheduled there.

Use synthetic data or data you are allowed to use. Do not paste confidential customer information into an AI service the business has not approved.

Call +91 98843 63200. Enquire for the next batch. Completion is a RIA record when you attend at least 75% of the guided sessions, finish the capstone, and score at least 60% overall.

Four weeks

Week 1 — Strategy and market intelligence

  • Find the AI jobs in your business that are worth doing first
  • Research markets, competitors and customer segments
  • Draft personas, a SWOT and a short business plan with AI, then correct them
  • Judge a tool on cost, value, privacy and how hard it is to adopt

You leave with: an opportunity map and a market-entry note.

Week 2 — Content, marketing and the brand

  • Draft proposals, emails, product descriptions and ad copy a person still edits
  • Build a social calendar and more than one version of a campaign
  • Prepare campaign visuals and branded assets
  • Adapt the same message for LinkedIn, Instagram, WhatsApp and the website

You leave with: a 30-day content calendar and a campaign pack.

Week 3 — Sales, leads and routine automation

  • Write an ideal-customer profile and a way to qualify a lead
  • Draft outreach and follow-up that a person sends
  • Prototype a support assistant for questions you already answer
  • Automate one repetitive office task on a workflow tool

You leave with: a lead workflow and a chatbot prototype.

Week 4 — Productivity, numbers and the next 90 days

  • Read business data and sketch a KPI dashboard
  • Summarise a report, a meeting or an operations note, and check it
  • Design a multi-step workflow that stops for a person’s approval
  • Estimate effort, operating cost, risk and a 90-day adoption plan

You leave with: one working prototype, a KPI frame and an implementation roadmap.

Each participant uses their own business or a sample set. The capstone is one working workflow, a note of its business value, the risks, and a plan to put it in.
